Flanders stands by their customers and does excellent work! In fact, I have never had an experience with an auto shop as positive as this!!!! I think it's rare to find a business that is so dedicated to customer satisfaction and the desire to go the extra mile for customers. In short, USE FLANDERS for your auto needs. Thank you to Dennis for your gard work and especially to Hope for never giving up on trying to save me from an exoensive dealer repair. I'll explain. I took my 2008 Lexus in for a front tires as they needed replacement after damage to my front suspension left them unevenly worn. Flanders had previously located a used suspension and replaced my bad one saving my tons instead of buying new. Excellent work there. After replacing the tires, my cars computer would not accept the new on center programming. Although it aas suspected that the flaw was a bad ABS Control Module that could cost thousands, Hope was determined to help me by trying all lesser options to help get the programming to take. She called upon a company who specializes in programming my car and brought them in. In the meantime, Hope provided me with a free loaner car!!!! Keep in mind that this computer problem wad not caused by Flanders work. Yet, she persisted in helping me. Hope and Dennis also suspected it might just be a bad battery and picked up one at Lexus to see if that cheaper alternative might work. Unfortunately, it was indeed the more expensive part. So, Hope coordinated getting my car to the Lexus dealership where my car was repaired. The part in question was defective but the recall on it had expired. But, Hope stuck by me the entire journey. I had never written a review before, but I wanted to let the public know that Flanders and the crew there are something special, and I recommend them highly to anyone!

I could not recommend a better towing service in the Hartford area. They were fast and responsive. When I discovered I had a flat in my work parking garage, Jose showed up with the right equipment to get it out of the garage without damaging the rim. He then provided me with good advice as the best option for replacing the tire -- which no local shop had. His boss, Joe, followed up the next day to ensure that the car was delivered to the appropriate repair shop and that the tire was replaced with the correct tire. Service: Car towing
