On Monday, he and Dennis quickly assessed the damage, ordered the necessary parts, and had my car back on the road by Tuesday—unbelievably fast turnaround! Their pricing was extremely fair, and the level of customer service was exceptional. Joe and Dennis were transparent, professional, and genuinely trustworthy—qualities that can be hard to find in auto repair. If I lived in Connecticut, this would be the only place I’d bring my car. Highly, highly recommend!

Made an appointment for an alignment and the whole process was easy. The tech was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Best of all, the alightment is great. I will definitely be returning for other services in the near future.
