This business claims openly that you need to replace your brake rotors with every pad change. Against every technical spec for the rotors which all state a minimum thickness size and when to actually replace the rotors.

I brought my truck in for a change of brakes and rotors,, I believe the bolt could have been removed without breaking it seeing that the other side came off fine! Anyway I was charged the extra time to fix it plus That cause me to have to buy a new caliper when the one a had was fine ! That was very expensive and disappointing

This place is a joke. I took my truck in for a front-end alignment and was charged $150, even though the technician admitted he could not loosen a bolt and therefore did not complete the alignment properly. After that, I had my own mechanic replace the entire front end so everything would be loose and ready. I then called back to have the alignment done correctly. I spoke with the owner, Joe, who was extremely disrespectful and insisted on charging me another $150 for a job they only did halfway the first time. I even offered to pay half price, since they only completed half the work originally, but he refused. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable. I would never return to this shop, even if they offered to do the work for free. Very disappointing experience, especially coming from the owner.

Excellent service!! I purchased a Porsche with a 3rd party warranty, and Flanders went above and beyond in communicating with the warranty company, getting it approved, ordering the parts and fixing my car within a few business days!! I couldnt be happier with the service and repairs!!
