Jake charged me for half of alignment this would have be great but they only did a diagnostic. It not like they did half of the work they could have done. To me this scream pure laziness and they took advantage of the situation. They only wanted my money i knew it from the first moment i walked it. i Should have just booked it and left when i arrived. But i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. There only offer was for me to pay the full price for half an alignment or to pay half for the "work they already done"which was just a diagnostics. Jake didn't try to help me out at all. They didnt even really do half the work i Paid for. I will not be going there again and i will be telling as many people as i can to stay away from this business. Integrity..... XXXXXX Honesty..... only wanted my money CHECK Price.......... XXXXX Friendly...... barely CHECK Feeling like I was COMPLETELY taken advantage of...... CHECK!!!!

Someone you can trust and count on.. Let's face it.. The worst part of owning a car is the repairs that go along with owning it. We have all been there. Take the car to the dealership and have them tell you how much it's gonna cost and you leave there feeling taken advantage of.. I came to know Wayne and Donna several years ago through my girlfriend and since then I know that I have someone I can trust, someone that is fair and someone that will tell you the truth. Having had the Nissan dealership tell me that I should sell my car because of a catalytic converter issue and how it was going to cost thousands of dollars, I am thrilled to say that they were wrong. Like I said, the worst part of owning a car is normally the repair of the car but since I met Wayne and his crew a bunch of years ago, that is no long the case. Thanks to all of them for being different then everywhere else. Integrity..... CHECK Honesty..... CHECK Price.......... CHECK Friendly...... CHECK Feeling like I was not taken advantage of...... CHECK!!!
